Let yourself be carried away by Moulin meals

At Le Moulin de César, Emery and Stéphane take care of the catering. Meals are prepared with simplicity, giving priority to seasonal produce and dishes adapted to the needs of groups and stays. Particular attention is paid to special dietary requirements, so that everyone can enjoy unpretentious, convivial cuisine.

Our buffet breakfast includes both sweet and savory items. The breakfast star? No, it’s not Stéphane! But his delicious homemade jams… strawberry, apricot, plum, there’s something for everyone. You can also try the different kinds of honey from our local producer, including lavender honey! Also available are seasonal fruits, croissants and pains au chocolat (yes, we’re from the Corrézien region of France, and we call them pains au chocolat 😉 ). There’s also fromage frais, cereals and dried fruit of all kinds for the sweet side. For the savory side, we offer cheese and white ham. For beverages, you can choose from apple, apricot and orange juices, and for hot beverages, coffee, moccacino, cappucino, latte, chocolate, various teas and herbal teas.

Our lunches are very often offered in the form of packed lunches (remember to bring your own containers) so that you can leave for a day of sport or discovery without having to return for lunch. Please note that for our individual customers, this service is not available throughout the season (ask our reservations department for details).

Our dinners with a unique menu take place either in the dining room or, on sunny days (of which there are many!) in one of our two patios. Depending on the season, you’ll be served either à l’assiette or buffet-style. In the buffet formula, you can choose your starter, then the main course with accompaniments, followed by dessert.
