The story of a committed couple
Behind Les Dÿades are Manon and Maxime, a duo of artisan-creators driven by the desire to offer resolutely original drinks. Their approach is guided by an alchemy between tradition and modernity, fermentation and infusion, hops and local cereals. Each recipe is conceived as an ode to authentic flavors, where local ingredients are fully expressed.
Whether you’re a fan of beers with subtle aromas or in search of unusual discoveries, Les Dÿades has plenty of surprises in store. Their range includes beers with character, brewed with care, as well as craft beverages such as natural lemonades and infused sparkling wines. A veritable gustatory voyage awaits the curious and the connoisseur alike.
A desire to do well
But beyond the product, this brewery is driven by a committed philosophy: respect for short circuits, the use of quality raw materials and a deep-rooted connection with local culture. Production takes place on site, in their workshop in the center of Vaison-la-Romaine, where they welcome visitors keen to discover what goes on behind the scenes.
